NeonPenguin is a new collaborations between two like minded organizations in an effort to bring clients more creative solutions to deliver diverse resources for their talent needs. Established based on both companies’ experience and adding innovation through a creative lens, this is an association between two industries that uniquely blend together; marketing and talent solutions.

As a diverse supplier, our model is built on the foundation of providing more access for our clients. 

As Rosa Neon’s CEO, Syama Reyes, and Tailored Management’s CEO, Brad Beach, have collaborated on many projects over the years, they both recognized the symmetries of their two organizations which brought the realization that they should formally join forces to bring more diversity in services to their clients.  After much thought, it was determined that the alliance should be called NeonPenguin.

Rosa Neon dba NeonPenguin, a certified MBE, has facilitated mutual benefits across both organizations by allowing Tailored Management to offer Minority and Diversity resources, as well as allowing Rosa Neon the ability to expand their service offerings and capabilities via Tailored Management’s expansive infrastructure and global footprint.
