As Rosa Neon’s CEO, Syama Reyes, and Tailored Management’s CEO, Brad Beach, have collaborated on many projects over the years, they both recognized the symmetries of their two organizations which brought the realization that they should formally join forces to bring more diversity in services to their clients. After much thought, it was determined that the alliance should be called NeonPenguin.
Rosa Neon dba NeonPenguin, a certified MBE, has facilitated mutual benefits across both organizations by allowing Tailored Management to offer Minority and Diversity resources, as well as allowing Rosa Neon the ability to expand their service offerings and capabilities via Tailored Management’s expansive infrastructure and global footprint.
